One of the candidates in Miss World Philippines 2019,Ms.Joanna Camelle Mercado whose from the respective Barangay of Carmencita Municipality of Floridablanca,paid a courtesy call to Municipal Mayor Darwin R. Manalansan.

She humbly express her gratitude as a Cabalen’s representative to Miss World Philippines 2019. Our Honorable Mayor gave a simple inspirational advice as she’ll compete the said pageant which is set to happen on September 8 this year at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
